Kristin is the niece of Lucy, although growing up, she looked up to Lucy as more of a big sister
than an aunt. Kristin has been a sales manager in the food industry, primarily on the pastry side,
for over 15 years most recently with a Belgian chocolate manufacturer.When not traveling for work, you’ll find Kristin baking, reading or making mittens out of recycled

I love the Caribbean and the Colorado Rockies, but I think one of the most memorable is a
recent trip to Victoria, British Columbia with Lucy, Carol, my Mom Mary (Lucy’s sister) and
